Our client is an exclusive business, social and athletic club that was established in 1987. Among its over 1,000 members is Baseball Hall of Famer Hank Aaron.

When the club was acquired from ClubCorp, the management team and accounting systems were replaced. The transition caused some uncertainty with respect to the reliability of financial information.
