Bill is responsible for understanding operating risks of Americlub clients. He has over 30 years of experience and is one of the industry’s most highly regarded golf management professionals. Bill delivers to clients a unique understanding of club management, member service and recreational programming.

Mr. Dowling is presently the COO of Traditions Club Partners, a private club owner and operator. He was a partner and Executive Vice-President of Golf Operations for Crenshaw Golf overseeing all facets of club operations. Prior to that he was Director of Golf at the flagship property for Club Corp, Brookhaven Country Club, a 54-hole complex with more than 2000 golfing members. From 1992 until 1998, he served as Regional Golf Operations Advisor for Club Corp for 23 clubs located in the Central and Southwestern states.

Bill has served as a member of the PGA Board of Directors for the Southern Texas PGA Section of the PGA of America.
